Born in USA, 1974

Studied at Parsons, the New School for Design, NEW YORK, USA

I am passionate about art and design, its role in society, and effect on the world. I am constantly considering how we are shaped by our visual perceptions and our constructed environments.  How does design affect humanity?

My studies have taken me across America from the Deep South to the West Coast, the East Coast and Europe. This range of education has given me a broad yet finely honed approach to composition, color theory, environment, and aesthetics. I have studied abroad at the Latvian National Academy of Fine-Arts and at Parsons in New York City.  My background is in Liberal Arts with minors in Anthropology and Literature, as well as Illustration, Fashion, Architecture, and Navigation. With this experience, I hope to find a balanced appeal to the emotional and practical, and share my deep passion and delight for design that is an integral part of my work.
